The Japanese Rock Garden

The garden is called "Karesansui" in Japanese, meaning "dry landscape". It was designed by Mr. Yoshiyuki Aoki of Aoki Landscape Gardening Ltd in Japan. Four unique Stone-Lanterns that are both for watching and offering light, and two basin stones for purifying visitors are also donated by Mr. Aoki and Rev. Kodo Tanaka. Although the garden looks completed, Japanese garden is a living art in which plants and trees are changing all the time. As they grow and get older, the garden shows many aspects of beauty and a Japanese garden is never the same and never really finished.
