50th Memorial Service for my grandfather and great-grandmother, together with 70th memorial for my granduncle was held at my family temple in Joetsu city, Niigata.
My father who planned and prepared for this service starting from several years ago, was very sartisfied with good attendance and comments by our relatives and members. I thought
he did a very good job...maybe the very best job he did was to give me a chance of speech on behalf of the family. I`m just kidding but I did deliver the very best sermon I ever had.
Unfortunately, the memory card of comcorder became full!!!!!!!!!as soon as I started to talk!!!!! But when I go back to Hawaii, I will do my best to share dharma with you.
My sister family also played music for the deceased and I was more than surprised to listen to my niece's violin for my first time.

Sensei, How extremely beautiful is your niece's violin playing and the piece she is offering is wonderful too. Thank-you. Also I do not understand your talk in Japanese, but am not the least bit to hear all those in the temple to be laughing. I confess I wondered if there would be laughter. You seem to be true to form whether in Japanese or English. Thank-you so so much.
