Simulatneous Practice of Nembutsu Service

January 25 is the date when our founder Honen Shonin passed away. It will be the 802nd memorial this year.

Zenkoku Jodoshu Seinenkai (Jodoshu Japan Young Ministers' Association) is holding its 3rd Simulatneous Practice of Nembutsu Service, on Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Hawaii Time. (*Jan. 25 from 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m., Japan Time).

You can particpate in this practice anywhere in the world, together between the time above. Last year, there were 6079 people at 132 sites, chanted Nembutsu. You don't need to come to temple but please let me know if you are going to chant Namu Amida Butsu during the time.
